150kw靜音式柴油發電機為了測試原聲器對機組排氣噪聲的衰減效果,先,將機組采取減振、加裝隔聲罩等措施以減少其他類型噪聲對排氣噪聲測量帶來的影響。然后,將原機組聲器取下測量其噪聲值,試驗條件不變,再將原聲器裝回再進行測量。由于機組在實際應用中處于加載狀態,為統一衡量標準,與實際相符合,試驗均在機組滿載情況下進行。試驗當天天氣狀況良好,背景噪聲為52dB。采用B＆K2260型A計權聲級計,在1 m處其測量結果表1.由于外界噪聲的擾動導致每次測量結果有輕微的變化,故每一種情況共測量5次取其平均值作為終測量結果,并以該平均值對應的噪聲頻譜作為機組在對應狀態下特征頻譜。
