            遼寧哪里有賣蒂森Phoenix 120 K焊條大多數焊絲屬于此類,包括碳鋼焊絲、低合金結構鋼焊絲、合金結構鋼焊絲、不銹鋼焊絲和有色金屬焊絲等。
              2、鑄造焊絲
              有些合金,如鈷鉻鎢合金,不能鍛、軋和拔絲,而用鑄造方法制成。它主要用于工件表面的手工堆焊,以滿足如抗氧化、耐磨損和高溫下耐腐蝕等特殊性能要求。采 用連續澆注和液態擠壓可制造出長達數米的鈷鉻鎢焊絲,用于自動填絲鎢極氣體保護電弧焊,以提高焊接效率和堆焊層質量,同時還能改善勞動條件。鑄鐵補焊有時 也采用鑄造焊絲。
              3、藥芯焊絲
              用薄鋼帶卷成圓形或異形鋼管,內填一定成分的藥粉,經拉制成的有縫藥芯焊絲,或用鋼管填滿藥粉拉制成的無縫藥芯焊絲。用這種焊絲焊接熔敷效率高,對鋼材適 應性好,試制周期短,因而它的使用量和使用范圍不斷擴大。這種焊絲主要用于二氧化碳氣體保護焊、埋弧焊和電渣焊。藥芯焊絲中的藥粉成分一般與焊條藥皮相 似。含有造渣、造氣和穩弧成分的藥芯焊絲焊接時不需要保護氣體,稱自保護藥芯焊絲,適用于大型焊接結構工程的施工。鉬形成鉬酸鹽后的緩沖作用也已為實驗所證實,在耐高濃氯化物的應力腐蝕方面,雖然一此實驗指同。3#以下的鉬對奧氏體不銹鋼的耐應力腐蝕性能有害,但是由于常見鉻鎳奧氏體不銹鋼多在含有微量氯化物及飽和氧的水介質中使用,其應力腐蝕又以點腐蝕為起源,因此含化學成分(%):WMoC--0.Cr--9.8B--4.2參考電流:Φ3.2 Φ4.0 Φ5.090-120A 160-190AA堆焊層硬度:(焊后空冷)HRC≥注意事項:焊前須將母材表面的雜物清理干凈。應采用較小電流,可防止弧抗裂紋。如較厚的焊層可以反復堆焊。鉬的鉻鎳鉬奧氏體不銹鋼由于耐點腐蝕性能較高。采用60kg載荷和錐器求得的硬度,用于硬度極高的材料(如硬質合金等)。HRB:是采用100kg載荷和直徑淬硬的鋼球,求得的硬度,用于硬度較低的材料(如退火鋼,鑄鐵等)。
